These native pecans grow wild and don’t require irrigation in the same way that orchards of cultivated pecans do, so they have a very small ecological footprint. They are farmed by a family in rural Texas. Native pecans have a reputation for being the tastiest nut in the State. Sprouting further enhances the flavour and texture of these nuts, magnifying their natural praline flavour. These are shelled without heat and are certified pesticide free.
