These delicious 70% organic dark chocolate wafers are made with cacao that comes from Columbia. What we really love is that they are made in Toronto from very limited ingredients. We are working with the lovely folks at Soul Chocolate in Toronto and we couldn’t be happier with the quality, and the integrity that these folks bring to their business  

These chocolate wafers can be used in place of chocolate chips or as a baking chocolate. The convenient round form is ideal for baking, as it is easy to measure, mix and melt. They are also great as a snack or to add into a nut mix.

This chocolate is certified organic, it is packed in a facility that handles dairy, gluten, and peanuts but none of those ingredients are ever in contact with the equipment.

It is Fair Trade.
