Coconut and macadamia nut shake

Summer has just slipped by but this was one of our favourite drinks.
We have been enjoying it at one of our favourite restaurants in Vancouver, Chau Cafe.
It was yummy enough to try and recreate at home and it was fairly simple to replicate.

Ingredients
- 1 400 ml can of thick/heavy coconut milk (about 1 2/3 cup)
- 5 dates (or sweetener of your choice)
- 1 cup of coconut water
- 3/4 cup macadamia nuts (or cashews if that is what you have on hand)
Directions
- Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Blend at high for at least 2 minutes. Yields 3 1/2 cups of coconut shake.
- Serve on ice.
