Sprouted Hazelnut and Brussels Sprout Pasta with Browned Butter

  •  6 tablespoons butter
  •  8 oz pasta 
  •  1/2 cup sprouted hazelnuts
  •  1 tablespoon olive oil
  •  2 cloves garlic minced
  •  1 tablespoon shallot minced
  •  2 cups thinly sliced brussels sprouts 
  •  1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  •  Salt and pepper


  1. Brown the butter and set aside.
  2. Cook your pasta and set aside
  3. Saute the garlic and shallots in olive oil for 2 minutes. Add the brussels sprouts and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in the cooked pasta and sprouted hazelnuts. Pour browned butter over the pasta and sprouts.  Stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and black pepper.
