MethodPreheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar & butter and mix until creamy. Add egg, vanilla and baking soda and mix. Add almond butter and mix well. Then add the rolled oats, cacao nibs and macadamia nuts - mix thoroughly until well combined. Spoon about a tablespoon full of dough onto a cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until lightly brown around the edges. Enjoy!
