Natural Creamsicles

Looking for an easy dairy free alternative for a creamsicle? These popsicles are quick and easy to make and this way you know exactly what's in your children's food.


2 cups strawberries or your favourite berries
1 cup of cashews
1/2 tbsp vanilla
3 tbsp of honey

*Please use organic & sprouted nuts/seeds when possible for greater nutrient density and improved digestion (and a happier planet!).


Soak the cashews in 2 cups of water and set aside for 2 hours. After 2 hours, discard water, add two fresh cups of water and blend with vanilla and 1 tbsp of honey until smooth. Set aside.

Puree the strawberries & 2 tbsp honey in a blender/food processor until combined. Set aside.

In your favourite popsicle mold alternate between adding the berry mixture and the cashew mixture until the mold is filled. Place them in the freezer for about 7 hours or until frozen. Remove & enjoy! (If they are stuck in mold, put mold under warm water for a few minutes to loosen)
