Try cashew cream as an alternative to coffee creamer.


1 cup of cashews
2 cups of filtered water (less for thicker cream)
Extras: 1 tbsp vanilla, 2-4 dates, cinnamon, nutmeg


Soak your cashews in water for up to 1 hour.  Rinse well and add 2 cups of fresh filtered water (and any extra flavourings). Blend until smooth. Unlike other nuts, cashews don't create a pulp and do not need to be strained. Keeps refrigerated for 2-3 days.
