Mango, dried and sliced

This delicious mango has the perfect balance of sweet and tart. It's great on its own or chopped and put into muffins or other baked goods, or tossed on your granola.

Mangoes are a great source of that pre-biotic fibre that is so crucial for our digestive systems. It's also full of beta-carotene, and vitamin C.

Interestingly, the mango is a member of the cashew and pistachio family, (which also includes the poison oak as well).
