Have a shot or glass of this immune boosting juice each day in the fall to fortify your body's natural defenses.

Ingredients

1/4 cup of goji berries
3 cups of filtered water
1 tbsp of grated ginger
juice from 1/2 of a lemon

Method

Soak goji berries in the water for one hour (longer is fine). Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high until mixed. Some prefer to filter out the pulp after this (add it to your cereal or smoothie) but you can drink it with. Pour and serve.
